SUGARCUBE® offers you the option of returning your purchase for exchange or store credit only. Online purchases have a 7-day return policy (14 during COVID-19). Your original SUGARCUBE issued receipt is required. Please know our credit card and handwritten receipts note purchase dates. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned products must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Damaged, worn, tailored, washed, presence of pet hair or otherwise used items are not eligible for exchange or credit. A one-time transaction applies.
Please note there are types of goods are exempt from being returned. Discounted items, marked-down items, jewelry, footwear including Soludos, undergarments, gloves, and fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. Artworks are final sale. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are final sales.
If you would like to exchange a product one time (providing product availability) SUGARCUBE INC will ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you. Please e-mail customer service to reserve your request. Our free shipping offer and in-store exchange apply to 1 (one) return per transaction. Sugarcube Inc. does not offer free shipping on international orders or to US territories.
Returned Product Review
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be mailed to you or if applicable issue an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value but not greater.
Store credit is valid for 6 (six) months from the time of issue, no exceptions. Please know our credit card and handwritten receipts note purchase dates, both are physically required. Store credit may be applied to online purchases by contacting us in advance via email. Please use the contact link located in the footer. (Shipping charges will be additional.)
- Valid for 6 months

- Lost, stolen or altered receipts become invalid.
- Store Credit is not transferable.
Items given notably as gifts are eligible for a reasonable exchange or store credit extension, handled on a limited case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly via email (contact link in website footer) or in writing, see address below.
Should you discover or suspect a defect in your product please contact the manufacturer directly.
Please treat your receipt marked as store credit ‘like cash’. You are solely responsible for keeping your issued credit receipts safe. Issued store credit will NOT be reissued if lost, stolen or altered. Your store credit is not transferable and is physically required at the time of use. The original 6-month time period applies to any unused credit balance. Store credit can not be used to purchase Art Works, Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, or redeemed for cash.
1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
You must request Return Authorization via email from Sugarcube Customer Service within 7 days of purchase (14 during COVID-19). Once you receive your dated Return Authorization email from Sugarcube you have 3 days to have your package postmarked (6 days during COVID-19).
Please carefully pack and seal your return item. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Form and a copy of your receipts (credit-card printout and corresponding handwritten version).
Hand deliver your package or send with completed RA, a copy of your product receipts (credit-card and handwritten), and noted RA Number on the outside of the package to:

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your shipping receipt. Sugarcube Inc. is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen while in transit or delivered.
5. RECEIPT OF PACKAGE
We will contact you within one business day of receiving your item with your exchange or credit details.
Packages without a marked Return Authorization Number specifically issued by Sugarcube Inc. will be refused, returned unopened or held without action. After 30 days it is understood you have forfeited your return.
